Welcome to JPVisual Photography. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
“Client” refers to the person, company, or entity purchasing photography services from JPVisual Photography.
“Photographer” refers to JPVisual Photography, its team, or any contracted photographers providing the services.
“Services” refers to any photography-related service offered, including but not limited to photoshoots, studio rentals, and product sales.
A deposit of 35% is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the scheduled session date unless otherwise agreed.
Payment methods accepted include [credit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.].
Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund of the deposit.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled session within 7 days.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours of the session may forfeit the deposit.
All images captured by JPVisual Photography remain the intellectual property of the Photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients receive usage rights for personal, commercial, or agreed purposes as outlined in the contract or invoice.
Redistribution, resale, or modification of images without written consent is prohibited.
Proofs will be provided within 3-7 business days after the session.
Final edited images will be delivered within 3-7 business days once selections are made by the Client.
Images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Physical prints or products may incur additional costs.
Light retouching is included in all packages. Additional edits (e.g., extensive skin smoothing, background changes) may incur an extra fee.
The Photographer reserves the right to refuse edits that compromise the integrity of the work.
JPVisual Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, or delays caused by the Client.
Liability for any claim, loss, or injury is limited to the amount paid for the services.
JPVisual Photography respects your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will only be used for booking, invoicing, and service delivery.
We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
By booking with JPVisual Photography, you grant permission for your images to be used in marketing, portfolios, or promotional material unless otherwise specified in writing.
If you do not wish your images to be used publicly, please notify us in writing before or during the session.
These terms are governed by the laws of California in the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
JPVisual Photography reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
